The following
is provided to inform you about Federal Drugs practices
and guide you as you complete the forms. Omitting
information or steps may result in delays in processing
your order.
Complete all fields on all three forms- Order Form, Medical
Profile and Authorization—then sign and date each
page, or we will not be able to process your order. Each
individual must complete his or her own set of these three
forms.
Our professional pharmacists are available for counselling
at anytime, to all Federal Drugs customers.
We currently limit the quantity of medication dispensed at one time to a 3-month supply.
You can order a refill every 3 months if the original prescription
provides for such refills.
The Canadian Government have
strict requirements for the manufacturing and sale of prescription
drugs. Many of the drugs you can purchase have been manufactured
in the US or other countries, but have been packaged and labelled for Canadian
distribution.
Federal Drugs does not mail controlled substances such
as narcotics, amphetamines, and benzodiazepines.
Due to the nature of products being ordered, all sales
are final and non-returnable.
All prices shown or quoted are in $USD. Shipping charge
is $15.00 per order, not for each prescription.

Include a copy
of the valid prescription for each medication you order.
Enclose payment. We accept VISA, MasterCard, money order
or certified checks in US dollars.
Mail or fax all the completed forms, the prescription(s)

Once we receive
your prescription(s) and all completed forms, our goal is
to get your order processed and to your door within 5–10
days. Please make sure you order with enough notice to ensure
an uninterrupted supply—3 weeks before you run out is
a good rule of thumb.
