There are two simple and quick ways to search for and select the medication you are looking for:

Online:

At our website www.federaldrugs.com type the first several letters of the medication (active ingredient or brand name) into the search box and click the 'Go' button.

Choose the starting letter of the medication from the letter listed at the top of the page.

Select the medications you require and click “Add ”. When you are finished selecting your medications,“Download Forms” or “Print Forms”. You will need to move to STEP 2.

If your medication is not listed please call us toll free at 1.877.FED.5544 to determine if we are able to supply it.

Phone Toll Free:

If you do not have access to the Internet just call us toll free at 1.877.FED.5544 and we’ll be happy to assist you in getting the prices and details of the medications you require, as well as sending you by mail or fax, the Customer Information and Ordering Kit, which you will require in STEP 2.

Once you have selected your medications click on “Download Forms”. (Please note that all required forms need to be completed, signed and dated). You will also receive a Customer Information and Guidelines page which you may keep for your records. The forms are:

When you spoke to our Customer Service Center in STEP 1 above, you will have made arrangements to have the Customer Information and Ordering Kit mailed or faxed to you, which will contain all the forms you will need. When you receive the forms listed above, please complete these forms, sign, date, and return to us at Federal Drugs.

Online & Phone Toll Free:

Once you have completed the forms, and signed and dated them, you will need to mail or fax them together with original valid prescriptions for all the medications you have requested to Federal Drugs at either the address or toll free fax number below. Once we receive your prescription(s) and all completed forms, our goal is to get your order processed, shipped and to your door in 10 - 14 days. Please make sure you order with enough notice to ensure an uninterrupted supply- 3 weeks before you run out is a good rule of thumb.
