Federal Drugs is committed to protecting the privacy of customer information. We are cognizant of policies and procedures to ensure our compliance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and those found in the Government of Manitoba's Personal Health Information Act (PHIA).

When we work with suppliers or contractors in connection with services that they provide to Federal Drugs, we will require them to conform to our privacy standards and to allow us to audit them for compliance.
We will endeavour to keep customer files complete, up-to-date, and accurate. We will tell our customers how and where to conveniently access their information (except where we are prohibited by law).
We have appointed a Privacy Officer, who is responsible for ensuring that we are complying with this policy statement.

Better understand how we may improve our products and services. This may include merging customer information with data obtained from contractors or organizations that provide fee for service market research services to Federal Drugs, according to specific data collection confidentiality provisions with Federal Drugs.
