Shipping Policy
Our shipping policy is quite simple - our goal is to have your prescriptions filled and ready for shipment the same day we receive a copy of your prescription, all the completed forms signed and dated, and your payment.
Shipping is a flat rate amount, currently $15.00 US dollars, per order (not per prescription), with the assumption that all items can fit into a single package. If the items will not fit we will advise you before processing your order.
There is no additional charge if you order a second or more prescriptions at the same time, as long as they can be shipped in the same package, to the same address. You can also order for another family member, as long as it is shipped to the same address.
Once your prescription is filled, our goal is to get your order processed, shipped and to your door within 10 days.
Your order is shipped via Canada Post's Xpresspost shipping service. This service provides an on-time delivery guarantee, along with a Delivery Confirmation feature where each order is assigned an identification number. You can use this identification number to track the delivery status of your order once it leaves Federal Drugs.
